Without a solid marketing system in place, you are marketing inefficiently. Generating sales and sign ups into a business opportunity (using the Internet) does require a bit more strategic planning than just “here’s my business page, now please buy from me”. Great results require a traffic funnel, also known as a marketing system or lead capture system. This process builds your mailing list, not someone else’s. That’s not to say that you won’t get a sign up or two by advertising your affiliate link or website page all over the web, but will it personally growing your own list? No. It’s similar to playing the lottery when you do it that way.
Are you giving your traffic to your competition? I think that’s the last thing we all want. Yes, it takes a little planning to set up a system, but once it is in place, you are good to go and start building your list. Whether you are an affiliate marketing, network marketer, information marketer, you want to build your list, not the list of the company. A marketing system with your interest in mind will do just that for you.
